2. High Efficiency Gas or Oil fired Boiler with Heating Controls Upgrade : HES Grant available - €560
3. Heating Controls Upgrade (as part of above). HES Grant available : €400
4. BER – Building Energy Rating Certificate (by an authorised assessor)
   After Upgrade Works (Only one BER grant per home). HES Grant available : €50
5. Draught proofing: Have draughts in windows or doors?Cooper Insulation provide draught proofing services to help reduce draughts dramaticallly.
